It is a significant advantage, the most significant improvement in shotmaking for clubs under the 5-i in over 3 decades. And in golf, technology that significantly improves shotmaking is illegal! -PA

While I like making them illegal - how does this run against the "spirit" more than a multitude of other equipment changes we have had to make the game easier?

They are the only balls that give a pro any advantage with u grooves.....seems a lot simpler than having every club manufacturer and player in the world worry about them! cheers david
