When Tiger Woods is standing in front of a television trying to follow the
advice about "dipping the right hip" while holding a broomstick between his
arms - is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. It makes me laugh at
myself and is a reality check, sort of. I might make a poster out of it.

I agree that Buick ad is very funny. I think the actor playing the
duffer advising Tiger to "dip the hip" does a great job. He's got the
smug, know-it-all certainty down pat.

I have been trying to find a copy on Youtube or Google video of the old Nike
commercial with Tiger, Barkley and "Frank". Now that was funny.

The "Frank" commercials were hillarious, esp the one with Barkley.
"Is that a golf swing or a seizure?"

I looked for it a little while last night. I could find references to
it but not any video of the ad itself.

There was also a video on the web for a Tiger Buick commercial where Tiger
rides up to a foursome and has a closest to the pin contest on a par 3. Kind
of neat:

Compare this oversensitive, ego crippling attitude with some like Josh Blue.
Do they want people to feel sorry for them or accept them? I know it's not
that simple but after watch Blue for a few weeks on "Last Comic Standing" he
didn't seem handicapped anymore. I'm probably wrong to critisize someone for
wanting sympathy and what they think, maybe rightly so, respect, but it
seems pitiful to me right now.

Have you seen the one I was talking about? It's funny to me because I'm
trying everything anybody says to try to be like Tiger, well like someone
good, and it is so improbable for him to do that. It just made me realize
how un-Tiger it is to listen to anyone with an idea, that probably has
worked for them, for how long, a day or two. And I do the same thing,
thinking my latest and greatest idea is "the answer".
: -)

That commercial is on the Buick website if you're looking for it.
