Well I am back to say played twice this week and broke 90 both times.
After pulling groin 2 weeks ago now have adopted a swing with almost no
lower body (weight shift). The result (other then no pain) is a
shoulder turn like I have never imagined.After a stirring 39 on the
front and a par on 10 I have mis hit a simple layup shot on 11 (460 par
4) from the rough.
Now I was 180 out to a elevated multi teared(sp) green. I took my
rescue (mid 5) and swung true. My bud said it was the best shot I hit
in my life, while I did not agree it certainly was up there . The ball
sailed high and true comming to rest 10 feet left of the flag in the
back of the green. I did miss the putt but won the hole . After some
rain I finished with 87, not my best but a relief from how I have been
playing.
