Pebble Beach, according to Golf Magazine anyway, is no longer the
number one course in the country.

Thanks, Pebble. It was nice to know ya.

Hello, Pacific Dunes.

I've never played Pebble but I can tell you that Pac Dunes just plain
rocks.

All three courses at the Bandon complex are in the top 10. I gotta
get back there............

It's always a pleasure to tee it up with you Sir Georg, and even better
was that round at Pebble...especially when you birdied the new #5 !

But I must also concur...Pacific Dunes was my #1 after the first time I
played there...and it keeps staying at the top of the list everytime I
go back.

Tex
who will be going back to Bandon...

That's good! Maybe it won't be so crowded when I play there next week.
Best,
Ken

I've played them both, playing Pebble 3 years ago was the culmination
of a (somewhat) lifelong dream. It was especially cool to have the 1st
tee time in the morning and to play with Tex. I'll never forget walking
out onto the 18th the night before. I'll be playing it again someday,
with my son. That'll probably be the last time though, Pac Dunes is my
new love. Wonder if they need another caddie....
