The press has been making a big deal about the lack of experience of many of the individuals currently in the top ten in Ryder cup points. I don't get it. The guys with experience only have experience losing since the US has only won once in the past decade. How is that a benefit? I say give some of the young guys a chance. They couldn't do any worse than the more "experienced" players. Tom

US Ryder Cup points 13 August 1 Tiger Woods 4,150.000 pts 2 Phil Mickelson 2,474.375 3 Jim Furyk 2,076.000 4 Chad Campbell 1,129.602 5 David Toms 1,072.250 6 Chris DiMarco 830.000 7 Vaughn Taylor 780.833 8 JJ Henry 778.750 9 Zach Johnson 756.477 10 Brett Wetterich 746.000 F

The average age of employees in the company I work for is over 40. We have 2 employees out of 50 that are under 30. That's completely out of wack. Younger people have an energy that is unmatched by us old fogies. Bring on the youth, I say. And no, Bret, that's not what I meant.

top qualifiers should make-up the team, favorites / has-beens should be cheerleaders. how else would you reward the top players, and give future potentials an incentive? forget the fanfare, it has been a proven loser. >mho >v fe >"a t t i t u d e =A0i s =A0e v e r y t h i n g"
