Subject: Tommy Armour Irons - Shaft Flex?

I play Tommy Armour 845fs Silver Scot irons...
I thought they were "regular" shaft flex, but i recently tried to
replace a lost
6 iron, and saw that they also came in a version that says "845s" on
the back cavity.

What do the different names on these clubs mean? Any advice from you
club experts
(Hey Mike Dalecki... you out there?!) would be greatly appreciated.

FS and S are the model designation. Has nothing to do with shaft flex.
Try Ebay.
You might even buy your own club back. I think I saw a 6 iron there.

I don't know much about 'em but I would bet lotsa cookies that the s on
the club has nothing to do with the shaft stiffness.

I made up this name. It was a choice between this and Watson deMehneux.

Over the last twenty years or so, TA has morphed the 845 model number to a
brand name so there are lots of different models that are 845 somethings on
the market.
