Sent my 905T in for repair after a cracked head. Titleist took 5 weeks
to send it back... Ridiculous. Thankfully the Tennis & Golf shop
loaned me the 905R during that time.

Hopefully Titleist didn't screw up and stick the wrong head on it like
when I broke my 983k in for repair a couple of years ago.

I saw a couple cracked Titleists (983 and 905) come through the pro shop
this year. Also, a couple of the Cleveland and Adams composite heads
with the graphite lids blown off. Another noted issue was small cracks
at the point where the shaft bore exits the sole on Callaway heads.
These 460 heads are so thin that stress cracks and failures are far more
common.

I still have a 975D that I consider bullet-proof. I've never seen one
of those heads with a dent or crack, ever. And, I like the way it
looks. But the grooves don't work well with modern golf balls and it
doesn't fly as far as my Cleveland Launcher 460.
