OK maybe not. But if he can't get interested enough to play this week,
how long before he doesn't want to be out there at all?

I was surprised he played about 9 out of 10 weeks starting
at the British Open.
Tiger is smart enough to realize that for all the hype about
Tour Championship/FedEx cup, the only thing that history
pays attention to is the Majors, as it should be.

He wants to be out there, just not for all of them. If he had a
choice, he'd probably play eight tournaments a year. The four majors
and four warmups.
