Does Le Tigre care about this event? :-)

Why don't you look to his days at Stanford to see if he's a team player. The
man hates to lose at anything. I've never heard any of his former Stanford
teammates say anything negative about him. I'm not saying they haven't, but
I just never heard of it.

That said, it doesn't mean he or his team mates will have a good tournament.
How many times have you seen a highly paid, highly motivated team of
professional athletes perform poorly, or not to their potential?

Pretty common stuff.

Very much. Slacking off in the Ryder Cup doesn't polish his image as he
seems to be driven by his place in history.

I suspect not at much as his teammates.

But more than many of the US's best pro tennis players at many points,
when they didnt even pla in Davis Cup. I am not sure if they still do
this.

Danny, even posting this three times didn't help it to make sense.
Wanna give it another three tries?

Nevertheless he seems to feel better playing as an individual. He
hasn=B4t got a particularly good record in the Ryder Cup. The US team is
far better than the European, as we clearly saw in the WCG - but
perhaps they are better as individuals, not team players. I look
forward to seeing how Lehman will manage his team. F

Tiger's singles record is 2-1-1. His record with a partner sucks.

There's a lot more luck involved in playing with a partner. In
four-ball, if you and your partner happen to birdie the same holes,
then you are essentially playing one ball. If your opponents shoot
less birdies between them, but birdie alternate holes, they win.

OK, but not only luck. Typically, one can play aggressively while the
other is defensive and aims for par. Cooperation and trust is a huge
factor. F
