Because thunderstorms are forecast, the final group is teeing off
about four hours earlier Sunday than they did Saturday. Does anybody
know whether CBS will change the time of the broadcast?

In almost all instances, the networks don't change their broadcast times.
They simply tape play and run it during the originally schedule air time.
The reason is three-fold:
1. On weekends, they're often contractually obligated to carry something
else earlier, and...
2. Last-minute notification of all their affiliates makes it impractical to
pull a last-second switch-a-roo as some affiliates likely wouldn't get the
heads-up.
3. The TOUR often makes the decision to move up play at the last minute,
giving the networks very little time to make last-minute arrangements to
change the broadcast window even if they wanted to.
