Now it=B4s time to make one=B4s predictions and place a bet (if you are a betting man, which I=B4m not). This is my prediction: Europe 11.5 - USA 16.5 I realize that some strange factor may count: 1) a bad weather is coming soon, 2) Ian Woosnam seems to be a weak captain and if he turns out to be a total failure, nobody will be surprised, but on the other hand he might still surprise everyone with a brilliant captaincy. 3) Tiger, the brilliant talisman - what if he fails, won=B4t it affect the whole US team? So my prediction is based on strength alone. F

The only aspect of the Ryder Cup that interests me is the identification of the orgnaism Woosnam carries around on the top of his head. Other than that, its a total bore. I think the last Ryder Cup got 30 seconds on ESPN Sportscenter on sunday night. Might not even get a mention at all this time!

Since you are not going to watch the RC try Verdi=B4s Don Carlo, it=B4s available on DVD, a bit heavy but you=B4ll like it. F

If you think it is a great and wonderful thing, then enjoy it to it's fullest! Just because you enjoy watching the Ryder Cup doesn't mean I have to. I'd rather find something that I enjoy doing and do that (as oppsed to doing something you enjoy, but I don't...now that would be kinda wierd). Flowers are plant reproductive structures, and one **COULD** argue that obsession with the reproductive structures of other species is also a little wierd. I spend enough time studying plants otherwise anyways! I'll probably spend my free time this weekend playing music. May have the Ryuder Cup on in the background...maybe I'll be wrong, and it'll get high ratings, and the golf courses will be empty. In that case, I'll golf!

(snip) opinion is often not "honest comment", it's just your opinion. Honest comment suggests that you have some factual basis for your statement, which, since the RC hasn't started yet, you don't...

I predict the score may be the same, but the teams in front of those scores need to be changed. David
