Paddy Byrne is running for election as Councilor in Ward 2 Lakeshore, in
next week's Municipal Election.

Paddy is a good friend of mine and deserves my vote and yours too. He
is a businessman, and makes the best Pizza you've ever tasted, which is
remarkable, considering it is an Italian dish, made by an Irishman whose
business is located in a predominantly French speaking community.
Proves that Paddy supports muticulturism.

He is also a Swiftboat veteran - he once had a curragh with an 5hp
outboard, and it was the swiftest boat on the River Liffey. I don't
think he is one of those Truthful Swiftboat guys, since he is known to
spin a pretty good tale, when you get a drink in him.

Vote for Paddy!!

David

Paddy is totally against fruiting any beer, especially Guinness.

Paddy's not big on fruits.

1) Send me an absentee ballot please.

2) Pizza is an American dish.

3) While I cannot be bribed, I prefer Islay scotches.

There you go flooding RSG with political threads again. Sheesh.
What'll be next? Is nothing sacred anymore?

That said, I'm concerned that his victory may result in a downturn in
the quality of his Pizza. And we cain't be havin' any of that! I will
support Paddy only on the condition that the flavor of his pies doesn't
suffer.

And that he sends me a free one.

I'm dugjustdug and I approved this message.

Oh - I thought rsg WAS a political discussion group for those who may or
may not have a passing interest in golf.

Paddy has assured me and the electorate that the quality of his Pizza
will not suffer if elected.

He made a stunning speech tonight, endearing himself to the assembled
residents of this rural municipality, the highlight of which was his
proposal to give right-of-way to combine harvesters, travelling on
municipal roadways, during harvest season. The man is a political
genius and a certain man-of-the-people.

Pizza is in the mail.

Paddy is all for Free Trade, and the odd bit of smuggling booze back
from the States.

I've already suggested that when he is elected, we expropriate 400acres
or so that I have my eye on, have the municipality develop it into a
golf course, lease it back to me for a dollar a year, and Paddy gets the
pizza concession at the turn.

He's interested..........
