Subject: Now Here's a Guy Who's Doing It Right

Trip Kuehne played against Tiger Woods in the finals of the 1994 US
Amateur. He was beating him like a rented mule, and was six up after
13 holes, but eventually lost on the 36th hole. If he had advisors as
stupid as Michelle Wie's, he would have turned pro then. Instead, he
did it right, and remained an amateur until he learned to win. He
stayed in school, was an All-American at OSU in 1994, 1995, and 1996,
and continued playing in the US Amateur.
Today, 12 years later, he lost in the Quarterfinals. But there's
always next year!
