Subject: If Tiger wins 30 majors in his career.........consider him the "Greatest Athlete of All Time" ???

OK, this discussion comes up every year..... Tiger is on pace to shatter Jack's 18 career major victories before the end of this decade and will likely end up with more majors than Jack & Arnie combined. Would this achievement -- along with most PGA tour victories, POY honors & most career money -- unanimously qualify him as greatest athlete ever known in world history? In his short 10 years as a pro, he already belongs on an elite list of "super-athletes" who became cultural icons.......Pele, Jordan, Ali, Babe, Armstrong, Navratilova. Discuss......

While he keeps himself in better shape then anyone else on the PGA tour there are many, many better "Athletes" in the world. To play golf it doesn't take a very high VO2 level compared to a top level marathon runner, pro cross country skier or a pro bicyclist. Flame away
