It's too nice to not play tomorrow. Plan to head out to the local muni
and play all day...just push the clubs around wherever. Hopefully there
won't be too many slowsomes out there (I hope it cools down about 15
degrees or so, that will keep the owrst of them home!). I figure I just
walk around an play whatever holes happen to be open. I know enough guys
there now that I should run into some people I know.

Anyone else planning some golf?

I'm going to a 11U Club baseball tournament.
I'm going to watch the #1 rated team in the country ( Super Series Points
leader) play their pool play games here in Scottsdale.. They are 21-2 this
season.

Planning on trying. Starting last week, I played five straight days with
about 70 range balls to warm up each day. When I didn't play, it was more
like 120 on the range. Unfortunately, I believe I might have strained an
upper back muscle. Haven't swung a club in about 3 days now, so I'm hoping
with enough warm-up stretches I'll be able to get in 18. Nothing worse than
being able to play, but not being able to play!

Yep -- me and Papa Pflum are supposed to go out as soon as the wife
gets back from shopping. (9 YO daughter is sick so she couldn't go
with Mom.)

Of course, it's now noon. She said she'd be home by now and I can't
get her on the cell phone. Maybe I'll be playing
tomorrow..............

Ugh. just got a call. She won't be home for 45 minutes. So, looks
like I'll be playing on Sunday instead of today. Oh well, weather is
still supposed to be great.

Don't those poor kids ever get an off-season?

Complete game 3 hitter in the final, not his best outing.

16-0 in the Opener.
One hitter using our #4 starter.
We'll give them the afternoon off before tonight's game.
No windsprints.

It'll be a couple of weeks before I can play golf again. Just started
a new job, and holding on to the old one for a couple more weeks. It's
going to be a long haul!! The longest that I've gone without touching
the clubs in the last 4 years was a week and a half!

I got 9 in on Thursday afternoon with my sister-- kind of a tradition when
weather allows it here in Northern Indiana.

2 birds & 2 bogeys for a sweet 36 - one of my best rounds this year & done
while waddling around full of turkey & pie.

I hope you guys score well too.

Not me Best I can do is dry swings in the rain. Speaking of....we've
incurred 11 inches so far, closing in on a record. Even better
news....an arctic blast coming next week, same time our newer 25 foot
boat arrives from Florida. Not sure if golf or boatin will be possible
for a while.

I'm am already quite SICK OF WINTER!

Not as sick as most people are of baseball *YAWN*

I had to play 2 sets of 9 holes. A lot of family golf out there today, but
they could not hack the morning temps and I guess they were too afraid of
getting caught out in the dark to head out after 3:30PM!

Managed to get some touch up painting of the house done and rake some leaves.
I could send them to Bret...mostly Water Oak, but a few Magnolia's, Birches
and Black Oaks in there....

So, It'd only be a big deal if you took pics *while* having sex.
I'm off to game #2.

Correct, very few 5 tool players have ever existed.

A "gimme" can best be defined as an agreement between
two golfers neither of whom can putt very well.
