Subject: Golf Bag Question

I have a golf bag where my top cover is ripped. Are those snaps in standard
spots so I can just go out and buy a new top cover? Or perhaps even a
Georgia Bulldogs top cover (go dawgs sic-em, woof woof)?

Ridiculous. I takes 3 seconds to take 1 cover off, and 3 to put it on.

Slow people tend to do everything slower.

I lost my Nike CPR Hybrid headcover. I walk as much as possible, and
that thing was just too loose. It slipped off a number of times, but
it only took 1 time of me not noticing.

I think you might want to wait on getting a Bulldogs cover. Although my
boys have been a disappointment, I think Georgia might be the biggest
college football disappointment of the year.

Nah. That title goes to Notre Dame. ND barely got past Georgia Tech.
But I love my Bulldogs even if they lose; as long as it's not a loss to
Tech or Auburn.

*lose* headcovers!!

How do people lose headcovers? That's just strange. I would put that up
there with losing your keys on the course. It just should be on the list
of "things you should never do".

I was playing with a guy the other day that takes his driver out of his
bag and pulls his head cover off and drops it on the ground on his way
to the tee. Well, on the 15th hole this dog ambles up and grabs his head
cover and high tails it down the fairway and around the corner never to
be seen again...

THAT's how you lose a head cover :)

Does any body actually use those covers? I have golfed for nigh on 40
years and have never really found a use for them.

I haven't, but I live in Colorado. I also take off my head covers
before I start a round - the slowest people on the course love head
covers.

I'm like you. I just have things covered up when it's in the back of my
Avalanche. You can have a Cadillac ride *or* pull 8,300 lbs. but you
can't do both. :-) I guess I could wrap a towel around the club heads
when it's back there in the bed.
