That might be good - a list of the basic rules that everybody should
know.

How to drop a penalty ball?
When is a drop free - how to drop it?
What happens if my putt hits your ball on the green?
What happens if my chip hits your ball on the green?
How to play a provisional?

List of 10 rules should make a tremendous difference.
