Tried to play in the brisk north east yesterday. Hit the course at 1:30
running. Actually hit ball well but what with the wind and temperature
It was really survival and not proper conditions for golf. I shot 90 in
less the ideal scorring conditions.

Yes they are the proper conditions, unfortunatly the PGA (Perfect
Golfcondition Always) players would probably disagree...

Sounds like Scotland in Spring time... or a windy links course on the coast
of Ireland.

Ryder Cup type conditions. The way golf was originally played.

Maybe those ARE the proper conditions for golf.
