I think only the American bags are for sale on Ebay.
Brett Wetterich's bag can probably be had for cheap.

Well, I do know one of the former PGA presidents. He has several of them.
The past presidents are invited to each Ryder Cup whether here or in Europe.
His are not for sale. And probably never will be. And there are a few for
sale on E-bay. Copies, I assume.
