Not necessarily. The illegal drop may have caused him to incur a
penalty which he did not include in his score.

Bullshit. He heard that Annika had a bulging something or other and
he immediately DQ'd himself just to keep it fair. He did manage to
run off 5 birdies in a 6-hole stretch today.
