Probably a question that's been asked before, but I seem to remember
seeing something at the Golf Hall of Fame indicating that at one time
they had an invitational Women's Tournament at Augusta? I seem to
remember it was back in the first half of the 20th century(?). My
question - rather than pushing for club membership why doesn't the
LPGA push for a "Women's Masters" (or, for that matter, why don't they
push for a "Senior Masters"?). I guess you could say the Dinah Shore
is the Ladies' Masters in a way. Silly question(s)?

Silly indeed. Women aren't allowed to play golf at Augusta.

You mean that tea party last weekend wasn't the Women's Masters?
