Driver: Orli HipTi 9.5* Stiff shaft with mid kickpoint.

3 & 5 Wood: Orli hipSteel 15* & 19* respectively.
I bought these to replace my old woods
after I fell in love eith my driver and hybrid.

Hybrid: Orli hipStell 4H 21*

5-PW: Tommy Armour 855s (Not a typo) Silver Scot.
About 7-8 years old, but gr8 playability.
I took out my 3 iron for an extra wedge.
I took out my 4 iron for my hybrid.

52* & 56*: Cleveland 588 wedges. Need replacing.

60*: Macgregor "sand and grass". Use it for all green side
bunker play.

Putter: Old Wilson Tour Classic 6000L.
I have cut the alignment tine of the back.
Shortened the shaft to 31".
Filed the face perfectly flat.
Heated and bent for my lie and loft preferences.
Just love tinkering with it.
AND, I am a decent putter!!

MacGregor bag.

Whew, I had to go to the garage to get them cause it's winter in Edmonton,
Canada. Guess now I'l re-clean them and watch the golf channel and dream of
spring.

Man what a great selection of clubs - To answer one question - love the 905R
with the Reg YS6 - for me has a nice trajectory - I swing a tad flat and
play a draw so the 10.5 works great - The Mizuno Irons I use are stiff and
although I do not have stiff swing speed I can control them and keep the
ball down like I want to do... After 175 I'm grabbing for my hybrid and or
my 5 wood at 190 anyway so control is what I look for...and the Ping Anser
putter has been with me for a while - I have had Scotty's come and go and
the Ping stays around no matter. I favor the feel of blades even as a 10
handicapper the feel, feedback and control are worth the minor differnence
in forgiving quality of the perimeter weighted... I have found if I miss
hit it I'm grabbing one of my three wedges no matter :)

A professional clubfitter made me a new set of clubs this year. I
recommend them highly - Flagstick Custom Golf, Midlothian, VA.

Calrton Heritage woods, 1, 3 and 5

Power Play Select 5000 Hybrid irons, 1, 2, 3 and 4

KZG irons 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, PW, AW, SW, LW

I still use my Acushnet Bullseye putter from the late 1960s. When I
play well my putts for a round is in the low 30s, so I am not ready to
switch yet!

Selecting 14 clubs from all those is easy. My typical carry for
Belmont Golf Course at Richmond VA, is woods 1 and 5, hybrid irons 2, 3
and 4, irons 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, PW, SW, LW, and putter.

I actually pulled out my rule book, that is always in my golf bag,
during a tournament to check the rules on a lateral hazard.

But, the reason I have been carrying it for these past few years is to
pull it out and have my father-in-law show me the exact rule that
applies to whatever he is saying.

You buy the hard bound version so as to inflict more pain OR you carve out
the middle & hide a flask from them.

Nike Forged 9.0 400CC Driver --- bought maybe 4 years ago

but I tried a King Cobra HS9F 10.0 with the YS5.6+ Regular shaft yesterday &
will try it once more before dropping the $$$ on it --- I must admit the
guys were crapping about the drives I did hit with it. They were 30 yards
longer on a wet track.

I hit the Nike pretty good & can work the ball with it (8.7 index) -- buying
it came as a complete shock to me --- I went for a new Taylor Made & found I
hit this one best of all I tried & buying Nike was the last thing I wanted.

The reason I am looking for another was I want something to give me just a
little more air time for these soggy conditions in Northern Indiana at this
time of the year.

The rest --

Taylor Made Burner Bubble 3/5/7 woods

Among other things

- 6 golf gloves (one RH for cold weather) - two are absolutely unwearable,
even for practice
- 13 old scorecards
- Maybe 75 tees
- 21 "chipping shag balls" (old Pro V1x'es like I normally play)
- 8 playable Pro V1x's
- 2 range balls that shouldn't have been there (will be returning them -
not sure how they ended up in my bag - probably from the chipping practice
area)
- 3 ball ker repairing devices
- one $2 corkscrew (useful in cleaning out grooves)
- 1 rain jacket
- 1 golf hat
- $.85 in change
- 9 golf pencils
- one dry erase ker (used to find impact points on the club)
- 1 bottle of sunscreen
- one package of insect repellent wipes
- 1 pair of sunglasses that can't be used (by me) on the golf course
- 1 half used package of impact tape
- 7 el-cheapo ball kers
- probably some golf clubs
- old/beat-up/almost illegible yardage books for Pinehurst No. 2 and 4
- old/beat-up/almost illegible yardage book for Little River Farm
- My CD from my last trip to the Mel Sole Golf School which I had been
looking for last month and couldn't find

I'd suggest picking up another driver. You can get very good deals
sometimes on discontinued or used equipment. A modern driver like the
TM580xd is quite cheap now but will be a on whole different planet
performance-wise from what you're using now.

You don't say. How were these stats compiled? By telephone?

Seriously, why on earth should anyone believe *any* polling
that comes out of Iraq these days?

The poll was done by professional pollsters with over 20 years
experience doing public opinion research in the Middle East.

"METHODOLOGY
The survey was designed and analyzed by the Program on International
Policy Attitudes for WorldPublicOpinion.org. Field work was conducted
through D3 Systems and its partner KA Research in Iraq. Face-to-face
interviews were conducted among a national random sample of 1,000
Iraqi adults 18 years and older. An over sample of 150 Iraqi Sunni
Arabs from predominantly Sunni Arab provinces (Anbar, Diyalah and
Salah Al-Din) was carried out to provide additional precision with
this group. The total sample thus was 1,150 Iraqi adults. The data
were weighted to the following targets (Shia Arab, 55%, Sunni Arab
22%, Kurd 18%, other 5%) in order to properly represent the Iraqi
ethnic/religious communities.
The sample design was a multi-stage area probability sample conducted
in all 18 Iraqi provinces including Baghdad. Urban and rural areas
were proportionally represented. Only one rural sampling point of the
115 employed were replaced for security reasons with substitutes in
the same province and urban/rural classification. Among all the cases
drawn into the sample, a 93% contact rate and 72% completion rate were
achieved."

The statistical analysis has the standard plus or minus 3% error
level. Administering and analyzing surveys is not rocket science and
it has a proven track record of accuracy.

In any case, this is the most accurate estimate around. It was done
in Sept 2006, so it's fairly recent. If you disagree with the
results, show me some data to back your opinions up. Ultimately, this
study is a lot better than an opinion.

Accuform? Now there's a name I haven't heard in a while.
