The weather was excellent throughout other than a few periods of showers and a bit of wind. It added up to a good test of the players ability to adapt. You must have slept through the first hour of the Ryder Cup today. David

I said simply pointing out that the weather was not poor throughout the whole contest. on the contrary it was glorious for quite a bit of it.
