Of all the ones I know, I thought you would give up your ticket to one of us. Have fun, Go SEC, man, that was tough.

When the opening kickoff was returned by OSU, I had to cover my ears it was so loud in the dome. Strangely, it got quieter and quieter as the game went on. Being a Ga Bulldog, it was tough for me to pull for Florida, but I became a Gator for one day. Tuesday it was back to hating Florida again! :) Wound up playing The Phoenician and GreyHawk - Talon. Had the Phoenician comp'ed, and that was what it was worth. It was as tight as any municipal you would ever play, and I didn't have a lot of fun there. GreyHawk was in great shape except for the concrete greens. Several times we hit 100 yd approach shots and watched them bounce, as if we hit the cart path. For the price, I wouldn't play there again either... Thanks for the help with the courses out there guys!

Pretty fun to watch, but the outcome is inevitable and it ain't gonna be pretty. Boise St. was a great story and played the game of the year. But they still had to go schoolyard to beat Oklahoma. If that game were played 10 times, BSU might win twice. Against a power team like Florida or LSU, they'd get their clocks cleaned. A local high school team went undefeated. Perhaps they should be National Champs? I mean, there were undefeated.

In that respect you're not much different than all those Big-10 homers who inhabit ABC and ESPN. Some of those guys probably still want to see a Michigan-OSU rematch.

Well, the caveat is that I know basically nothing about college football and I really showed it. Gotta hand it to Florida. They just killed tOSU. How about I predict Annika Sorenstam will make more money this year than Daniel Chopra? Oooops. I already on that bet. :-) -- jvdp http://www.rsgcincinnati.com

I think America just wised up last night after the Florida spanking.

Can't say I'd enjoy being stuck in there with all those obnoxious Gator fans doin their stupid chomps, or all those Ohio Yankees braggin on how great the Big-10 is this year. At least with the TV, I can shut it off. BTW, did you hear the latest news? Tuscaloosa, AL (AP): In a shocking move this afternoon, Alabama Athletic Director, Mal Moore, has fired new head coach, Nick Saban. "He just wasn't getting the job done," said Moore. "We have already begun the search for his replacement which should be announced shortly. We want to make it clear that we are dedicated to winning here at Alabama, and Coach Saban just wasn't getting the job done. Besides, he didn't even freakin go to school here! When people think of Alabama they think of Football, and of course that little incident with George Wallace and the jigs," continued Moore. "We want to keep that tradition here in Alabama." Asked for comment, fired coach Nick Saban said, "I've been consistent all along. I've said many times that I will not be the Alabama football coach. This is just vindication for me." Saban will receive the $32 Million promised him by Alabama as well as the buyout money he received from Miami. No word on where he will not jump to next. According to AP reports, Saban is seriously considering NOT coaching at Atlanta and Arizona in the NFL and has already denied offers from Detroit as well. Asked about the vacant U. of Miami job, Saban said, "That's a possibility. They all love me down there. But first, I'll have to talk it over with my wife ..... Morgan Fairchild. Yeah, that's the ticket!"
