I'm watching the Biography Channel. Their Bio of the Year is about
Tiger Woods. The hostess said at the beginning of the show that Tiger
won his 54th major in 2006. What's more, she said that he was the
youngest ever to do so.

I'm going to go out on a limb, and predict that nobody will ever win
more than 54 majors by age 30.

That's cause there really isn't any difference. Both pay the same and
so all you have is this "prestige" BS. That's why i still think Sam is
the greatest of all since he leads in total PGA wins.. And that's
despite missing 3 years due to WW2. Chickenhawk Jack didn't fight in
the Vietnam War - he had no interruptions to his career.

It's very hard to explain the difference between a major and a tour
event to the uninitiated. I am faced with that sort of thing all the
time with my wife and her family.

I thinky there would be someone in the future to do so. It won't be
easy but someone will.

Moron alert! Doesn't diminish winning 10 majors by the age of 30!
