Match Play Madness (TM)

This ball was plugged. 4 inches deep (in its own pitchk).

His opponent was out of the hole (in the lake). He just had to
dig it out to win the hole.

The first shot was not recorded. Beginning with the second shot...

You have to admire his ability to get the ball into these places.

No - well he is the guy in the background that raises his hands when
The Stork gets the ball back in play.

That is John Griffin (host of RSG-Indy years ago).

He looks skinnier than Pflum.

Reminds me of someone playing a ball suspended 3 feet off the ground in
a gorse bush.

I think Annika played one with Tiger as her partner - but it may have
been Tiger.

That was Pflum - again. He gets all the interesting lies :-)

There is also footage of him about a foot from the clubhouse wall, he
plays his ball to ricochet off the wall and the ball misses his
bag/towel by centimeters.

One of the most interesting still has to be Hickory's shot from the
gorse - waist high - at the Eden. Els didn't play the same shot as
well as he did.

Beat me by moments!

We had a trick shot guy visit our club on Captains day a month or so
ago, and one of the things he was doing was driving balls off of waist
high tees. Then he asked for volunteers to have a go, and six people all
made fools of themselves by not being able to do this at all. Without
fail everyone hit below the ball, sometimes by a foot, and just knocked
the tee out of the ground. Quite surprising at the time.

Fine, thanks for asking.

All the better for just rewatching CH's shot from that gorse bush.

That's a very good point.

Nope -- that was my evil twin, John Griffin from Indianapolis. He and
I have about the same build but I have him beat by about .3 BMI
points.

I'm the one standing behind him watching.
