Went out and played a few holes yesterday. It was hot and muggy. Yuk! Summer already. We usually get a few weeks of nice weather this time of year. No serious storms so far this year though. They have migrated north. All you midwesterners be sure to enjoy them!

It was sweet this week in the Ohio Valley. I got in my first 18 of the year on Monday. A bit windy; I hit the ball very well, but couldn't do score than an 80. Hopefully it'll be my highest score of the year. Of course Tuesday I sprained my back a bit just picking up my daughter, so I won't get in another 18 for a few days. Thank goodness though that the wintery weather is gone (for here at least)!

Just wait for the Big One this year. It'll make Katrina look like a cool breeze.
