Laid a big loogie in the cup on 13 after missing a putt by an inch.
What a nice surprise for the next group.

Golf is not a matter of Life or Death,
it is MUCH more important than that!

Isn't this the equivalent of "Honest, honey, it's OK. I've had a

I seen Tiger often have a bad hole and hock a luggie as big as his mouth as he leaves the green. Point is, in the cup, on the green, on the apron, who cares, it's the intent and outcome is the same. Next guy has to play through a snotball is just what this game is all about. :-^

I'd rather have the other guy put is loogie somewhere besides in the cup. My
ball is going in the cup. I have to pick my ball out of the cup. I don't
care for any technicolor surprises.

I normally don't care much for Jimmy Roberts but I liked the way he
handled the interview with Garcia today. He kind of sounded like me
talking to a grandchild that had done something inappropriate.

I did not see that interview, but was this part of it?

Garcia bristled when asked if he was embarrassed by spitting into the cup
after missing a putt on Saturday.

"I apologized already," he said. "Are you embarrassed that I didn't spit
today, that you didn't have anything better to ask me? Next."

Garcia is a rank wannabe and as someone else said a disgraceful punk..

One of the BBC guys was announcing a few years back during the British Open. Sergio landed in a divot and didn't have a great shot recovering. He proceeded to beat on the divot about 3 times with his club. The announcer said something to the effect of "that's Sergio. He's like a little lovable puppy that manages to pee on your carpet from time to time."
Ya, Bobbie, I seen that one too. ;-)

Isn't he 26? A bit old for being a punk? Talk about a washed-up has-been.
He'll never win a major, much less another important PGA Tour event.
