Saw them at Wal-t today for $19.95 for 2 Dozen.

I never saw them there before. Are they going out of production?

Regular Laddies were phased out last year, only Laddie Xtremes remained in
2006. I'm not sure if they are being phased out or not, but $10/dozen is a
good deal, for either type Laddie.

All of the Precept equipment is being phased out to be replaced by
Bridgestone.

If they are Laddie Extreme balls then leave them on the shelf.

...or, try them yourself, knowing that just because Bert doesn't like
them doesn't mean you won't.

Laddie Extreme/Xtreme balls are crap. I haven't met anyone, has tried
them, that liked them. Usually when a ball goes to being $10 per dz. it
means that they are trying to get rid of the inventory.

In your opinion.

I've talked to numerous golfers who like them.

Manufacturers are always upgrading/re-working their lines, trying to
get a step up on the competition. This can lead to balls that are
perfectly good being discontinued and ked down. Doesn't mean they
are a bad ball.
