If memory serves, the last time they met Tennesse won and Eddie George
and the gang were crying about the length of the Vols spikes.
Ohio State is currently ranked #1. Tennessee is ranked #13.
They're both overrated.
But not as overrated as Texas or Florida State.
Wouldn't it be nice if the ranking didn't matter and NCAA had a true
playoff system?
I don't even think there should be any rankings at all until the 4th or
5th week of the season. Why does Texas get a free ride just because
Vince Young made them great last year? Last year Tennessee was ranked
in the Top-3 in the preseason rankings. They finished 5-6.
