Subject: On the anniversary of "Mission accomplished"...
...Dubya is trotting out the "tear" speech again. Tired, straw man
ramblings from a tired man who got in way over his head. It appears,
in his 7th year on the yob, that the stormtroopers are at the gate -
Gonzales, Tenet, Condy, WMD's, immigration, halted troop funding from
a mad dog Dem congress, extended tours for soldiers...what has this
guy done that's right?

With a coalition death toll that's approcahing 3500, which includes
150 British soldiers, 26,188 wounded, and no answer to why except the
tired "tearist" line, this guy is just plain wrong. He had the brown
touch in business (minus one big baseball deal) even with his fathers
help, and he has the brown touch in politics. Everything he touches
turns to shit.

I found this to be just about dead on for our spitting, cursing,
rumbling, fumbling, bumbling any-man of a leader:

". . . Bush wouldn't have to worry so much about performance if he had
a compelling life story to give him gravitas. Unfortunately for him,
he's had the least eventful personal history of any major political
figure in modern memory. Until his 1994 election as governor of Texas,
Dubya lived deep in his father's shadow. President Bush was an
academic and athletic star at Andover and Yale, a war hero and
successful oilman. George W. was an academic slacker at the same
schools, a mediocre athlete, a member of the Texas Air National Guard
during the Vietnam War and an unsuccessful oilman. Before politics, he
was probably best known for the nicknames he attached to people--a
hipper and more sarcastic version of the Saturday Night Live character
who gives everyone he meets a name while 'makin' copies.' . . ."

If you care to put some money up, I'll go however much you wish to see
who is more off topic - you are a fucking SUCKER for political posts.
For you see, the reality is that you're just not that bright a guy,
Mike.

Yea, yea, yeah. Same old stuff rehashed. What the frick does this have
to do with golf?? You have the right to post this drivel and I have
the right to never read it and ask, why?
If you are so pissed off. Go to the driving range and mark the
balls, "DubW", "Dickey", "Connie" and so on. Then smack the tar out of
them. Then afterwards, write your congressmen, senators, governor,
mayor and anyone else who is pollitical.

Just please stop posting here, except golf.
