I'm curious to hear what goals you have for the season, and what things
you'll do differently to acheive them. The word resolution is always
trite; it seems the winter off-season produces useful perspective.

Me:
Goals: Play more often. I only played a few rounds last year. Shoot
some rounds in the 70s.

How: Spend a little more time at the practice facility. Keep doing my
dynamic stretches to keep my hips, legs, back loose. (I learned last year
that my lanky swing style is no longer easy, and I figured out what
exercises will actually restore some of the range of motion I need for it)

This year I want to play a couple of the little nine holers around the
island. We have talked about going out to Gold River and Port Hardy
and a couple of others and this year I really, really have to do it.
Might even take a small boat and do some fishin' while we are there.

As for playing I have some lessons scheduled to start in about a
month. Never taken any before so I am looking forward to it. I have
known the pro for a few years and have full faith that we will produce
a better swing and hopefully a little better game. A few more scores
in the seventies is the goal.

I only wish I could play a "only" a few rounds a year and shoot in the 70's.
Unfortunately I play three times a week and I'm lucky if I get a few rounds
in the 80's. Keep up the good work. It must be nice.

My goal is to meet the goals I set in January. I can't remember what
they were though, so I'll have to use the 'search' function!

Oh, and my non-golf goal is to improve my memory.
