Imus causes NJ Governor Jon Corzine to get into car wreck, critically wounding him; compund double fracture of the leg, broken sternum, ribs, head laceration and a fractured vertebra. Can we let Imus the madman go on like this forever? Firing him from CBS is not enough - put this guy away and lock up the key. http://www.cnn.com/2007/POLITICS/04/13/corzine.crash.ap/index.html But seriously, did they really need the gov. to step in and moderate this foolishness? Smacks of political grandstanding, to me: "The crash occurred around 6 p.m. while Corzine was en route from Atlantic City to the governor's mansion in Princeton to moderate a meeting between the Rutgers women's basketball team and radio personality Don Imus."

Don't expect Corzine to be doing any public service adds for seat belts any time soon.

NJ has a law that front seat passengers must have them on and it now appears corzine didn't. His injuries are partly corzine's fault and i hope his insurance company ( or the govt if it's a govt policy) refuses to pay his medical bills.
