My favorite part of the round was when we were waiting to hit on the
8th tee, a 190 yard par-3. Two guys came up behind us and asked if
they could join us. Sparky knew them to be pretty good players and
said, "Sure, come on."
I had the honor so I hit my Rescue-Mid 3-iron pin-high about 15 feet
from the hole, one of my better efforts of the day. I turned to
introduce myself to the two guys, who had a surprised look on their
faces after watching my great shot.
I told them, "Don't let the physique fool ya, boys!"
