I'm not the king of RSG but if you are asking me, golf is our common
denominator, but not our exclusive denominator. I'm a happy-to-have-
hair ho about many subjects, including biking.
FWIW, I did Cycle Oregon twice in my 30's. Great time. These days,
I ride a stationary bike while reading a who-dun-it book. My mountain
and road bike have been hanging in my garage since 2005. I'd like to
attribute this to age but I'm afraid the real answer is that I'm lazy,
getting lazier all the time.
But at least I still walk and carry....for now.

During my self-imposed absence, I would check Google once-in-a-while
and invariably seven of the top 10 subjects were about politics or
some personal pissing contest. Then all of a sudden there was a bunch
of golf being discussed and the political stuff seemed much less
prominent. Seems the pendulum is swinging back.

The reason I don't ride is because it's too damn dangerous here. I
have to transport my bike quite a ways just to get to a point where I
feel semi-safe on the roads. That's why my bike pretty much stays in
the garage as well.

You're far from the truth, my son. Two of the six are my biological.
Both mine were born in April, one week apart. Something about them
hot August nights.
BTW......I've never been clipped. No moaning on the couch, clutching
a bag of frozen peas. Married the perfect woman who was already
clipped! Occasionally, we think about a reversal....for about 5
seconds.
