Any recommendations for good golf discussion boards? RSG used to be one, but not so much anymore. Perhaps it should be called rec.sport.nongolf now. I've found GEA and FGI, any others?

The discussion, particularly on swing theory, is nicely on-topic, lacking those blowhards with their barrows to push. Even TGM is looked on pretty favourably, but discussed rationally rather than emotively. For instance, look at this thread: http://www.iseekgolf.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=18841 and wonder whether this level of polite discussion about TGM would occur on rsg. The whole site is nicely segmented into areas of interest, so you can avoid all the political crap, which is syphoned off into a "lounge", if you want to. You might even learn something about cricket and Aussie Rules in the "Sports" board. :-) http://www.golfclubatlas.com is also a great site for serious discussion on course design. -- Cheers Colin Wilson ------------------------------------------------------------------ Trentham Golf Club: http://www.trenthamgolf.com Barnbougle Dunes: http://publishing.kyneton.net.au/barnbougle ------------------------------------------------------------------
