Didn't SEE him, but:
After Quinney putted and before Quigley did, he was walking towards
his ball k.
The camera was on Quinney for a long time (and some kid rolling down
the hill in the background).
He had moved his k towards the front of the green, when he went to
replace his ball it was closer to the back of the green.
I also wasn't sure at first, but rewound to take a closer look.

I wondered if anyone caught that.. His wife, caddie, the officials and=20
crowd sure missed it. After all the time he took king it, I know=20
there wasn't time after the other two putted out to move the ball back,=20
then putt. It just didn't happen.

Would be terrible as that would be a DQ for signing a wrong score card and
Rollins wins. I just did not see much time for him to move the ball back.
Maybe NBC cameras did a fast forward quick edit??

I saw that too. I don't know if he moved the ker while the camera was off
him then placed the ball when it was on him.
Needless to say that a thousand people have called it in to the PGA by now.
