Subject: El Tigre at Boston
He's 2 over after 9 holes. Is this where he finally lets someone else
win or is he just giving everyone some false hope?

Remember three months ago when Phil looked like he might ascend to the
throne? My how things can change in that short amount of time.

Don't want to kill the TV ratings for the rest of the tourney by
running away with it too soon. Sunday is moving day this week = 63
tomorrow.

It's the curse of the Bambino. He always shoots a low first round in
Boston, and then he always blows it. Last year he shot 65 and
finished T40. He's also probably mentally tired after playing so much
in so short a period; he rarely plays three weeks in a row, let alone
winning majors and WGCs back to back, let alone flying to Ireland and
back the same week.

Hey could you lighten up on the "Curse of the bambino" thing? August was a
pretty brutal month. Almost as bad as Bucky Fucking Dent in 78.
