There's probably a way to get around it, but it will take someone
smarter about this stuff than me to figure it out. I read a post on
rec.sport.swimming that described how to fool a website in OZ so that
I could watch live streaming of the swimming worlds (had to set up a
proxy server). Betcha something like that might work in your case.

Somehow I missed the first post but I presume it was a question on how to
deal with that particular error. I had that problem Friday -- It cleared up
after I power cycled my cable box. Not clear whether the power cycle is
really what fixed it, but it's worth a try if you have cable service (With
my service I have to power cycle the box every couple of days or Comcast
forgets I'm already a customer and redirects all new IP addresses to their
"Welcome to Comcast" page)
