A couple of new interests:

http://home.att.net/~dbid/Darkside.jpg

For the obvious, the darker side, I have another guitar at the office,
and a head and cab in the living room.

For the less obvious, the darkest side, the tile job is done, but I
now need to put in the floor moldings. I am looking for shutters for
the windows. They make trop de outside faux shutters for windows that
size, but nothing in real shutters, but I want to put moldings and
shutters on those windows but don't want to spring for custom made.

In any event, I haven't pulled the trigger on any golf club purchase
for well over a year, and have no motivation whatsoever to do so in
the forseeable future.

...and I want to get into servicing my own guitar. I need new
fretwires on the Mexi-Strat. I can get a nice kit of tools for
refretting for about $170.00........fretwires are cheap........I have
a couple of detailed descriptions in books of how to refret.....

Shouldn't be. I play the guitar. Wife plays the piano. Lotsa people
have different interests in RSG. It's not unusual nor should it be
forbidden if people share these things.

I took up guitar playing as a mid-life hobby 6 or 7 years ago. It
really cut into my golfing time. I'm resolved to play more golf this
year. Actually, I think it's work that cuts into my golfing and
guitar playing time... I should resolve to go to work less often.

What color's the Mexi-Strat?

Mine's the sea foam green... got it used. Couldn't resist the color.

Right back at ya! You may be right, of course, but then the further
conculsion is that what you think of it is all the more meaningless; I
mean, don't you have real things going on in *YOUR* life that you can
comment on?

LOL! Dude, do you not have anyone in real life to discuss these
things with? I mean, I know this sounds harsh, and I pre-apologize,
but who gives a fat fiddlers lunch what you're doing with your dorm
room!
