...so much for interest in the Ryder Cup! I was hoping to get a break,,,but NOOOOO, not me!!! Fricking tricked up goat track...false fronts on tiny greens, ball rolls off into hardpan...grrr! At least my chipping and putting was OK and I saved a 42 for 9 holes....which was all I could take. What a writeoff of a day.....gel polymerizes before we fisinsh pouring it, so we have to remake it....and then the fricking electrophoresis chamber starts arcing and we lose all the data anyways...probably should have gone home and went to sleep...probably would have fallen out of bed and broken an arm or something!

Did you check for any buffer leakage that could lead to arcing?

That can't happen with this system. I figure there was some liquid in a spacer. Doesn't matter though; just a bad day!

You should've been here (midwest). Not a soul on the course. (the 4 inches of rain and flood warnings may have had something to do with that.)
