Decided today to practice my short game instead of hacking round my course ( as I usually do at weekend). Because of my disaster round last week when I couldn't chip or pitch anything. Spent about 4 hours today Pitching to various distances. Being a Newbie to the TGM, I thought i'd focused on the flat left wrist , bent right wrist, hitting down on the ball. After about 6 Balls. I could not believe how the ball was simply (what is the word ?? ) Biting, Nipping off the club face perfect distance time and time again. It was an effortless Half Swing. Each time a divot like a dollar bill would fly off the club...I have very rarely taken a divot like this IN MY ENTIRE GOLF LIFE. My divots are usually clumps on Turf followed by the ball which doesn't go very far. I think I'm onto something here with this TGM stuff.....This blew me away... It was the perfect practice session (which I rarely do).. Walked into the club house very happy ( for once) There is light for me at the end of the very dark tunnel.. Patty

Very cool Patty! Continued success. But don't be too disappointed if it isn't "perfect" the next time out, this is a tough game. -- bill-o A "gimme" can best be defined as an agreement between two golfers neither of whom can putt very well.

That light you see at the end of the tunnel is the embarrassment train, and you're about to be run over by it.
