All year, as long as they're qualified.
The US AM winner, for example, can tee it up as soon as the course
opens in the Fall.
I'd like to be the starter at ANGC.
Ok, Mr. Mickelson, I need you to pair up with Mr. Singh over there and
you guys can follow the Smails foursome.

Dunno 'bout all of 'em but I've heard of folks playing the course
weeks prior. Phil mentioned he was going this Tuesday IIRC.
