Hehe.

Out of the 37 new posts to RSG, only three made it through my
non-political kill file. And those three were about how to use your
killfile to filter out the left-wing and right-wing nutjobs.

How about the Bob Hope? It's nice to see Scott Verplank play well.
For some reason, I've always liked him.

Oh, killfiled messages.

I thought that "3 out of 37" thing was going to be the ratio of times
you were able to give your old lady an orgasm.

I thought you killfiled Scott Verplank a long time ago.

John:

I agree, I even like politics - but in its place. I used to read this
newsgroup all of the time, but the number of OT posts just kills this group
and my enjoyment of the group.

What program to you use to read newsgroups? I have resorted to John's method
and kill threads where I used to plonk only certain individuals, it took me
a while to figure it out but most newsreader programs offer something like
this and it has upped the enjoyment of the group and reduced the time it
takes to weed out the BS.

A "gimme" can best be defined as an agreement between
two golfers neither of whom can putt very well.

Bill:

On Saturday, after responding, I tried to build "the" kill file. I figured
out a way to look for key words and kill key words rather than distinct
authors.

When I logged on today, the percentages were much better. I've only got to
kill one "hot horney woman" and no Bushes or Pelosies. (how's that for a
strangely constructed sentence!)

There's something to thisŠfinish high!

With all due respect, and I mean that; people don't post here to entertain you.
They post here to entertain themselves. I used to post a lot about golf here,
but don't anymore for what I consider to be good reason. There are lots of
other places to talk about golf.

Tell me where, and I'll start looking there for for my daily "golf"
massage and messages.

I played golf today. Interesting round. I took apart a couple of my
oldest clubs. Interesting.

Never make the Moderator angry. You wouldn't like him when he's
angry.

Daniel Chopra seems to be playing well. Of course, it's only Friday.
It's about time for him to fold.

Geez, Pflum. Good thing I checked my filter this afternoon.
Otherwise, I might not have seen your post!
